Q: What does T.E.P. in TEPfantasy stand for?

• A: Good question. T.E.P. is the first initial of each of our three founders: Trevor, Ethan, and Porter.

Q: After I set up an appointment with a TEP advisor, how does the appointment actually get started?

• A: When a client books an appointment, in the message section we ask for you to include 1) your username and password along with the name of the site you play on, and 2) your Skype name and information. We will then initiate contact with you at the scheduled time. 

  • If you forget to include this information, we will contact you via email and acquire that information before the appointment takes place.

Q: What if I want to meet with a TEP expert for longer than 30 minutes?

• A: Then you are more than welcome to. We simply ask that you schedule a second appointment immediately following the first one, assuming the time slot is not already occupied. 

Q: Is it okay to schedule an appointment to ask questions regarding both my fantasy basketball and fantasy football teams, or do I have to schedule two separate appointments?

• A: We require our experts to be just that, experts, in both of the major sports that we cover. Feel free to ask questions about either of the fantasy sports that are in season, just please include that in the "message" section of the appointment you book so that we can be sufficiently prepared.
